Research On The Inter-era Relations Of Sustainable Development

The development of human society is the process of development from generation to generation in. In the contemporary, the pursuit and implementation of sustainable development has become the lofty goal of contemporary social or the regional development. The classic definition of sustainable development that meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs was given by Our Common Future. It showed the inter-generational relations to the front of the world for the first time based on not only the definition, principle but also the core content of the report.Generation has different meanings in different societies. With the society developing, the inter-generational relations extend from the traditional family to social relations, inter-generational conflicts show off and the inter-era relations exist in society widely. There are some different disciplines focusing on them.The inter-generational relations of sustainable development is the vertical relationships between the generation and the next generation, between the different groups of main interests based on the vector of resources, the media of environment and the centre of population. The main modes of inter-generational relationships are cold, doting and harmony type. The main influencing factors are man-land relationship, inter-regional and generational relationships, especially the factors of population, resources and environment. The goal of research on the inter-generational relations of sustainable development is to promote the harmonious development of inter-generational relations. To achieve a good operational mechanism and harmonious development of inter-generational relations of sustainable development, we put forward the development strategies of the population, resources and environment on inter-era relations. Inter-era resources achieve Pareto optimal use by early warning analysis on resources, the implementation of the tax and compensation, the development of recycling economy. The harmony of inter-era environment should be kept by implement the environmental assessment, using Pigou, application of emissions trading, inter-era ethics education and playing non-cooperative game between the generations. The problem of inter-era population will be based on the mechanisms of its pressure - state - response to control the quantity of population, improve population quality, optimize the population structure, and promote inter-era human resources development.The development model of inter-era relations harmonious system and the comprehensive evaluation index are proposed to make the evaluation of the strategy. The aim of it is also to meet the growing material and cultural needs and keep the resources between the generations long and sustainable.Sustainable development is the most comprehensive, the most complex issues which human beings face. The inter-era relations of sustainable development also will be more complicated. The problems of inter-era relations of sustainable development are described concisely and systematically, such as, the concept,presence mode,influencing factors,operation mechanism and coordination principles of inter-era relations. The strategy of inter-era harmonious development, the system model and its evaluation are put forward for the first time. But with society development, the theory of sustainable development will be improved constantly. It will take on new situations as well. The inter-era relations of sustainable development will be further deepen and elaborately researched. This article attempts to introduce others and I start further studies.
