Theoretical And Practical Research On Inter-regional Eco-environment Trade

As our country's urbanization and industrialization are continually deepening, the contradiction between supply and demand of eco-environment resources are becoming more and more conspicuous,environment problem and Human-land contradiction has become an important factor in constraining economic and social development. China's main function zoning claim that our population distribution economic layout and land use pattern should be well-coordinated manner through overall planning, including the carrying capacity of environment ,existing development density and development potential. The policy domain differentiation will Increase the imbalance in regional interests. So strengthen the protection of eco-environment, establish and improve the regional ecological compensation mechanism is very important. As there are some drawbacks of government's compensation, this article try to use the advantages of market mechanisms to solve the contradiction between people and land,balance the regional differences in interests and promote the harmonious development of man-land relationship and interregional relations.This thesis is mainly to study some forms of eco-environment trade which has been widely discussed in the international community, including eco-trading, emissions trading, forest carbon sequestration projects, water trading and eco-products trading. Regard environment as one kind of scarce resource, use market mechanism, through the definition of legal rights, to achieve its reasonable allocation. This article also includes some inter-regional cooperation project on the maintenance of eco-environment. This article regards eco-environment trade and eco-environment cooperation project as a manner of ecological compensation, then study about them. This thesis is starting with basic theory of eco-environment trade, discusses the eco-environment trade and eco-environment cooperation project on regional relations. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign cases and our country's actual conditions, found the advantages and potential of the implementation of eco-environment trade in our country, and pointed out the direction of future. This thesis also study the common theoretical behind various forms of eco-environment trade and cooperation, explore how to reduce transaction costs and achieve the optimal trading system, give advice and make suggestions for the construction of eco-environment trade and cooperation system.
