Theoretical Research On Economic Sustainable Development Based On Ecological Capital

Since the society developed into industrial civilization,people have enjoyed the success of advanced technology,rapid economic growth and unprecedented material wealth accumulation;on the other hand,our nature has been subjected to unprecedented plunder and destruction.People have already paid heavy price of predatory exploitation and impatient pursuit of GDP growth which have caused serious environmental deterioration,ecological damage and resource and energy deficiency.The global environmental deterioration,weaker ecological functions,frequent-happened natural disasters,water shortage and stronger desertification have suggested that the natural system has gradually lost its balance and the environment has gradually damaged.The deteriorated environment,damaged ecosystem,strange climate changes and resources and energy shortage are restricted the economic development.This dissertation starts from the capital property of ecological capital and explore the value-added ways,metering methods and generation balance of the capital,to provide theoretical support of sustainable economic growth.In the meantime,this paper constructs a multidimensional capital endogenous coupling model to transfer the situation that lopsided research of capital isolated operation or partial capital combine to promote economic growth.Studying on multidimensional capital endogenous coupling research can encourage the regular accumulation of stock and stable increase flow of the public service value of ecologic and promote the sustained growth of economy,then make the whole multidimensional capital value is greater than the results of all kinds of independent capital operation.Through the research of the “auto-coupling” of multidimensional capital model which is based on the ecological capital,this paper arises a regulation of transfer the ways of economic growth,which is significant to sustainable development of the economy.The point of this dissertation is to change the traditional research methods which have separated the economic elements,build a sustainable economic develop pattern,based on the ecological capital,which is under the co-effect of multidimensional capital factors.Meanwhile,construct a theoretical and generation balanced model combined with the material capital,human capital,information resources,financialcapital and ecological capital.Because of these elements,the model will have feasibility,identifiably and explicability which can build a solid foundation of the theory of sustainable social economy.Since the environment and ecological capital provide the vital condition of people living and sustainable economic development,environmental engineering is the must-work while the process of economic development,which can keep a balance between environment and the growth of economy and people's material and culture life.Gradually adjustment should apply to those industrial projects with unreasonable layout,in the meantime,upgrade the equipment and scientific technology and change the management methods to prevent and control the pollution increasingly.Comprehensive utilization should be taken for the waste water,gas and solid materials to transfer the harmful effect to the good use.
