This papar introduced structure and performance of Bamboo Puple Fiber, its mechanical performance is better than conventional rayon,which has excellent hygroscopicity, moisture liberation, permeability, higher initial modulus, better elasticity, crease resisitance, anti-bacterial, bacteriostatic and good unltraviolet resistant. So the texitiles of Bamboo Puple Fiber are well welcomed. According to the characters,this paper developed knitted materials,which has plain& lacoste,and vertical jaquard texture,using blended yarn and corn-spun yarn mainly-made by Bamboo Puple Fiber.This paper analysized&discussed the main processing parameter and key technition,and tested the main propersity,such as tenacity,permeability,crease resistance,anti-pilling tendency. This paper prized the comprehensional propersity related to cooling and comfort for knitted product of Bamboo Puple Fiber using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The test result indicated the corn-spun yarn product with bamboo/cotton/polyester has the best cooling comprehensional propersity. the products including Bamboo Puple Fiber has anti-bacterial,bactericidal action, and better unltraviolet resistant effects. This thesis also developed poplin, twill and satin drill materials based on the development of knitted product and propersity research. The fabrics which are spuned with Bamboo Puple Fiber and cotton have better abrasion resistence and wrinkle-proof than 100% cotton fabrics,but the anti-pilling tendency of which is little lower than 100% cotton fabrics.The fabrics with corn-spun yarn can obviously modify fabrics' tenacity, elasticity and crease resistance.
