This papar extends the discussisn with the productive process and quality control of bamboo/colored cotton blended yarn as starting point, according to the properties of fibres, optinal seleel spinning productive process, equipment model and processing methods. It suggests that blowing-carding unit instesd of traditional cleaning cadring process to control nep, trash and short fibre content of card sliver, and seek the best process parameters and neatures by test and analysis, produce yarn by both compact spinning and ring spinning, and test and analyzed the quality if the kinds of yarns, to reach the goal of optimizing technology and improving products quality.This paper analysized and discussed half-finished products and finished yarn quality are closely related to the optimization of process parameters. By optimizing process parameters testing and analysis, the half-finished products and finished yarn quality are improved clearly. The experiment show that the key technology of cleaning and carding is to solve the contradictions between opening and inereasing of linters and neps, and ones between carding and transferring, through such methods as slowing down main parts of machines improving the ratio of speed and inereasing the rate of fibre transferring, enlarge the gauge of opening, rational matching of main card clothing, ensure higher efficieney of cleaning and nepping, at the same time, the inereasing rate of linters in a lowen range, provide conditions for stabilizing finished yarn quality.The qualities of regenerated bamboo/colored cotton blended yarns made by ring spinning and compact spinning can both reach the requirement of national and international standard, by comparing, the quality of yarn by compact spinning is better. The nesting parameters for compact spinning mainly including the amount of drawing for nesting zone, size of nesting apron, negative pressure of suction pipe are optimized and controlled, wich can improve finished yarn quality. The compact spinning is very suitable for manufacturing the raw materials with lower strength, higher ratio of short fibre, poorer uniformity and the yarn quality can reach the standard only reach by those with high index of distribution great cotton before. It creates the conditions for the enterprise to realize high benefit and low cost.The 14.5tex regenerated bamboo and colored cotton blended yarn are of great quality, by further optimizing processing. It shows that blowing-carding unit and compact spinning are the reliable processes for blended yarn with regenerated bamboo and colored cotton fibre to get fine yarn.
