This Thesis studies The process of super-fine pig bone powder.Analysis The nutrition content, measure its break force,and its crash ability.Cite The break stress from energy mechanic to express The influent from pro-treated and dryness to hardness,and fall degree of hardness.And filter The best pro-treated and dryness parameter.Analysis The influence of different crush parameter to bucker.Analysis The influence of different pro-treated technology and dry condition to bucker Measure The physic character of different crush degree bone,and nutrition content.Measure The relation between digestion and different crush degree bone.In The end,we developed three kinds of new products.The results were as follow:1.The pig bone content portion about 27%,fat 10.3%,moisture 43.4%,Ca 19.3%.And its three kind of break force were perpendicular brisement force 40.19 N/MPa,perpendicular extrusion force 48.632 N/MPa,parallel extrusion force 46.22 N/MPa.According to The study The pig bone without treated was difficult to crash,and it was big defective to bucker.2.Study The relation between high press high temperature treat condition and bone hardness. The results is as The treat degree increase and treat time prolong,The destroy stress of bone decrease,it reflects The hardness of bone decrees as The treat degree increase and treat time prolong.Study The relation between high press high temperature and portion,fat and Ca content. The results is as The treat degree increase and treat time prolong,The change of portion content is very little,but it is significant influence to fat content.,and it is not influence to Ca content. Choose The final treat condition is 125℃—0.15MPa,60min.3.Study The relation between dry condition and bone hardness.The results is as The dry time prolong and dry temperature increase,The destroy stress of bone decrease,it reflects The hardness of bone decrees as The dry time prolong and dry temperature increase.Study The relation between dry condition and moisture content.The result is as The dry time prolongs and dry temperature increase,The moisture content decrease significance decrease.Choose The final dry temperature is dry time 6h,dry temperature 110℃.4.Study The relation between particle size and crash parameter and powder getting rate.The result is The particle size much influent to crash parameter.And as The particle size decrease,The crash parameter change to satisfy direction.And The powder getting rate is also increase. Compare difference significance in confidence interval p<0.05,choose The final particle size is 2-3cm.Study The relation between drop time cell and machine running situation and powder getting rate.The result is The drop time cell much influent to machine running situation.And The powder getting rate is also change as its change.Compare difference significance in confidence interval p<0.05,choose The final drop time cell is 30s.
