The Research For Printing Pressure Presorted Device Of Offset Press

Paper size presorted device played a very important part in the formation of offset press. The readiness is shortening by the device and the accident is decreased. It subserves the stability of pressing work. In the view of the offset press JP40, the components that need to be adjusted on the press have been researched, and the control system have been designed according to the regulation.There are three segments are covered:(1) Based on the paper size presorted device on JP40, the components that need to be adjusted when paper size has changed have been researched, and their adjustment fashion has been analyzed.(2) The regulation that how to adjust have been found up and the curve of the regulation have been plotted by the research of the mechanism. The mechanical driving has been designed. And the electrical engineering has been chosen.(3) The key function of the system has been designed and the control system has been built based on the regulation.The function of presorting of printing pressure has been accomplished by debugging and improving the system many times.Presently, the adjustment of paper interrelated mechanism of domestic offset press depend on manual. Through research of the presorted device, the prior art have been learned. This make much sense to the improvement on domestic offset press.
