J2108A Type Printing Machine Based On PLC Digital Transformation Research

In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the social demand for the "doublehigh" talents quantity increases, more and more technical colleges have increased their level of education,which also put forward higher requirements for future training and education department trainingequipment.This paper discusses in detail the whole digital transformation process of original electrical controlsystem of J2108A printing machine, which is produced by "Beijing People Machine Factory", by usingPLC. The transformation process is divided into four stages: the preparation stage, the projectimplementation stage, acceptance of equipment stage and data processing stage. After the transformation,the equipment can not only control with the original system, but also can be controlled by the PLC system,which can achieve the "double system control effect. The transformation form saves the resources for thecountry, and reduces the enterprises’ investment for equipment, as well as improves the advancement anddemonstration of the original equipment, so as to serve better the production and teaching of school.Through the research of this topic, the author hopes to summarize methods of controlling the sameequipment with two sets of electrical control system separately, providing certain reference and guidancefor the future technical improvement of enterprise or school equipment, as well as theoretical and practicalbasis for the future research in this area. At the same time, the study of this topic further enhances thetheory and the actual operation level of author, so as to serve better in the future teaching process.
