Research Of Quality Control System On German Bavaria State Environmental Industrial Base Project

Quality play an important role in enterprise competition. The quality control of EPC project management is a complicated and system engineering which involves design, procurement, construction and installment, with a lot of variable fact or sand risks. For EPC porject of Environmental Industrial Base,as a newly formed industry, porject management and quality control need to be improved.Combining with the development and application of quality control system in Environmental Industrial Base Project, this paper analyzes the total process and aspects of projects with systematic and scientific management theory. The suitable actions for each key point of quality contorl are proposed to ensure the quality of engineering to meet the needs of customer, laws and regulations, design documents and contracts.By analyzing the development of Environmental Industrial Base Project in macoroscopic environment, the paper stresses the necessity of quality control of project management. The basic concepts of quality, engineering quality and quality management and the structure of management system are theoretically analyzed in detail. The systematic process of quality control, combination structure and the key points of quality control in engineering design, procurement and construction are investigated in detail. On the basis of this , a suitable form of quality control system in EPC project management is proposed.Finally, the practical development and application of quality control system for industrial project management is given combining EPC project management with total quality management technology.The concepts of the paper proved to be efective through practice in the project.
