As enhancement of daily live and global economic integration of the sustainable development of the fierce market competition, as well as the food industry has entered a meager profit ear, the more and more extended production lines have been built, meanwhile, the quality has been become more important for the market.During the building course, for it is difficult to combine among production line building and quality of product and food safety system, so the quality of production line setting up project is hard to control. The quality of project should be always adjusted and also effect the project. So it is necessary and important for constructing a reasonable quality management model.Firstly, enhance learning the knowledge of project quality management, analysis and find out the current shortages and problems, and then try to choose the right methods and tools to solve them, the method and tools is including QFD(Quality Function Deployment), HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), SPC(Statistical Process Control) and so on. According to project quality management model, combine with the case Coca-Cola company Piggyback dry part filling line setting up project, implementing the project quality management program which involved project quality layout, quality ensuring, quality control work. Finally, summary and evaluate the results for project quality, and also find out the expectations for continuing improve the project management.
