Research On Countermeasure Of Ecological Environmental Protection And Pollution Prevention Of Shengzhong Reservoir

Shengzhong reservoir belongs to Jialing River Basin. The ecological environment management of the reservoir area plays a vital role to maintain the ecological balance of cities and counties around the reservoir. Along with the socio-economic development, the reservoir has a series of environmental problems. Deterioration of water quality each year has threatened the reservoir to play its functions.This paper studies on measures to protect the ecological environment and control water pollution, the method used is to set up ecological environmental protection and pollution prevention planning of shengzhong reservoir. Firstly, through data collection and on-site research, the paper evaluates situation of environmental quality of the Shengzhong reservoir; then, analysis and forecasting pollution load of the reservoir and formulate plan to reduce the pollutantion; Finally, proposes corresponding measures to prevent and control water pollution and protect ecological environment.Water resources of Shengzhong Reservoir are the material basis of socio-economic development in this area, mainly for agricultural use. All Water quality index of the reservoir area are exceeding the water quality standards of surface water environmental function regionalization requirements, the main pollutants are TN, TP, and COD_Mn.The main pollution load of the reservoir is from aquaculture, pollution of rural life, livestock breeding, farm fertilizers, soil erosion, nitrogen and phosphorus precipitation, and so on. From the total pollutants storage, aquaculture, rural life and agricultural fertilizers is the most important pollution load of Shengzhong Reservoir. Then, the paper forecast the pollution load by some science method. To made water quality of the reservoir to meet the requirements of planning water quality targets, the paper implements total amount control to the reservoir. According to pollution bearing capacity of water body and its present situation, water quality control objectives of planning level year, the relationship between pollution source concentrations and water quality and so on, puts forward water quality objectives according to the requirement of water function regionalization and pollutant carrying capacity under the water quality objectives of planning level year. Then on the basis of above, calculates the pollutant carrying capacity of planning level year and pollutants reduction amount in the planning waters.Based on the above analysis, the paper developes pollution control and ecological restoration programme from aspects of the area pollution control, rural and small town improvement of the environment, land ecological restoration, agricultural non-point source water reservoir management, as well as environmental management with the actual development of the reservoir.The programme is scientific and rational, economically viable possess and with advanced technology.To ensure the improvement of the water qulity and ecological environment in Shengzhong reservoir,provide technical support for pollution control of the city and county around the reservoir, and ultimately achieved planning purposes.
