For the safety and science of the hoisting leg piles of the platform building and the installing steel pipe pile of oil extraction, it is very necessary to test the carrying capacity and distortion of ILT at intervals.It has important application background and project significance on the research of test system of the carrying capacity of ILT.Based on the relevant standards and criteria, the load testing system of hydraulic pile lifting tool is gather mechanism, electric control, hydraulic pressure, computer control into one-piece system, which takes steel structure as load-bearing body of the measuring strength system, the hydraulic pressure system as application of force system, the computer as the center, based on field-bus technology, to realize jacks coordinated-control by carrying net monitor and data acquisition on the pressure sensors, status switches, electromagnetic valves and pressure control valves for high pressure hydraulic hoses, pump valves and other equipments.In the paper, the development and research of the load testing system of hydraulic pile lifting tool is given priority. The system includes main body of steel structure to bear loads, hydraulic pressure system, pressure sensors, computer and control electro-circuit. Careful analysis to the system is stated:1. Firstly, the theory of test process of the pile lift tool is analyzed. The design and research of main body to bear loads and hydraulic pressure system are carefully carried through. According to the trait of the pile lift tool under loads, the lifting movement cell drived by jacks are used to add or reduce loads to the pile lift tool.The system is carefully calculated to assure the safety and dependability.2. Designed the testing organization of the measuring strength system. Not only the main testing body structure should have enough resistant to compression characteristic,rigidity and stability, but also the main testing body structure should have the corresponding position installment,when to test separately horizontal and vertical tensile inspecting on the testing cell.3. Electrical system, datum collection and computer control drive system are carefully discussed.4. When the system running, the concerted motion of the lifting movement cell is carefully analyzed, the arithmetic and model of control are brought forth.5. Based on the arithmetic of control, the relevant program was developed.6. Experiment device is designed and the validity of the control model and the program has been verified.
