Quality of engineering design should directly influence the effect of underground space utilization and exploitation and the exploitative speed,benefit,security of mine exploitation, because underground structure is the carrier of underground space utilization and the basical condition of mineral resources exploitation. In consideration of the development of underground structure and the national economy construction, it is necessary to work on the optimizative analysis of underground engineering structure.The idea of underground engineering observational design and construction has been more and more accepted and adopted, and how to correctly settle the problem of mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock is always a hard nut to crack. The inverse analysis method supplies an effective way to acquire the mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock. The paper, based on the characters of tunnel surrounding projects and monitoring object, proceeds inverse analysis about the calculation parameter of the surrounding rock by applying tunnel measured data of displacement.Optimization method is a powerful tool to proceed tunnel displacement inverse analysis, and its reasonal choice is the key to the study of tunnel displacement inverse analysis. The ANSYS, based on module construction, which is easy to understand and apply, has got comprehensive application in mechanical part optimization design. But ANSYS is applied relatively less in tunnel displacement inverse analysis. On the basis of introducing different kinds of optimal algorithm for the moment, the paper then advances to proceed FEM displacement directly inverse analysis with the ANSYS's optimization module, and achieves the inverse analysis of geologic parameters with zero-order optimization arithmetic. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the stress and displacement of tunnel ,the result of which shows identical with reality.Section form differs, the static behavior certainly differs too. So we should ascertain section form respond as practice and the situations of the unit's own. On the condition of lacking corresponding geologic material and considering the similarity of geologic condition, the paper advances three section forms for the next tunnel section to proceed separately optimial supporting parameter by applying the parameter of the surrounding rock of inverse analysis, and then obtain the optimal thickness of supporting about three section forms.Because tunnel design, as the underground structure, relatives several blur and fuzzy factors, the paper proceeds a fuzzy synthetic evaluation through the methods of consulting experts and investigation questionnaire which affect the tunnel design. Ultimately the next tunnel section form is ascertained, meanwhile, the project plans to proceed displacement monitoring and inverse analysis. And the paper plans to supply reference for tunnel design in the course of next tunnel engineering and even the design and construction of underground engineering.
