Huaibei Coal mine has many coalfields and producing mines and the driving engineering is large, conditions of coal seam are very complex, and geological classifications are different, make the support work difficulity, and acutely restricted the coal roadway support technology development of huaibei coal mine.The paper which is based on the background of typical coal roadway surrounding rock stability control, using the technology of rock bolck experiment, theoretical Analysis, plane strain similar material simulation experiment, numerical simulation analysis and industrial experiments.The paper studied the typical coal roadway roof structure of Huaibei Coal mine, especially studied the physical and chemical characteristics of weak intercalated seam by the lab rock block experiment and theory analysis. By means of the similar material simulation experiment of plane strain in the lab and numerical simulation, the unstable process that the weak intercalated seam under different places and dynamic pressure has bed-separation and collapse has been researched. After the classification of the coal roadway of Huaibei Coal mine, the new type strengthen control pirinciple and countermeasure were put forward, it mainly contained the high performance bolt supporting technology without water and combination control technology under Water and Dynamical Pressure. At last, succeed of 7244 coal roadway in Taoyuan Coal mine use the technology, and got good effect.
