The proportion of adhesives and processing parameters in the preparation of straw particleboard have a key impact on the properties of the panels.At present,the production of straw particleboard in China mostly stays in the stage of rough processing,and there is little research on the properties and processing parameters of corn straw particleboard.In this paper,corn straw was used as raw material to study the proportion of adhesives and processing parameters of straw particleboard,in order to provide reference for improving the performance of corn straw particleboard and production process in China.Firstly,the material characteristics of corn straw crushed were analyzed,and the basic physical properties of the prepared composite adhesives were tested.The comprehensive properties of the materials such as the compressibility and porosity of corn straw,chemical properties and pyrolysis characteristics,as well as the viscosity and curing time of the composite adhesives provided a reference for the process parameters test of straw particleboard.Taking the size of straw raw materials,the sizing amount and the proportion of adhesives as the influencing factors,and the thermal conductivity,the static bending strength and the loss rate of combustion quality of straw particleboard are taken as the evaluation indexes.The orthogonal experimental study on the proportion parameters of straw particleboard is carried out.It was found that the amount of sizing was the main factor affecting the static bending strength and fire resistance of straw particleboard,and the proportion of adhesives and the size of straw were the secondary factors.When the sizing amount of corn straw particleboard reaches 65%,the particle size of straw materials is 25?30mm,and the ratio of inorganic glue to organic glue is 4:1 in the composite adhesive,the corn straw particleboard with better static strength and fire resistance can be obtained.In the experiment of processing parameters of straw particleboard,taking hot pressing time,hot pressing pressure and hot pressing temperature as influencing factors,and taking thermal conductivity,static bending strength and burning quality loss rate of straw particleboard as evaluating indicators,the optimization experiment of processing parameters of hot pressing of straw particleboard was carried out.It was found that the hot pressing process parameters of straw particleboard had a significant impact on the static bending strength of straw particleboard,but had no significant impact on the thermal conductivity and burning quality loss rate of straw particleboard.The main and secondary relationships affecting the static bending strength of straw particleboard are hot pressing pressure,hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time.When the sizing amount of corn straw particleboard is 65%,the particle size of straw is 25?30mm,the ratio of inorganic glue to organic glue is 4:1,the hot pressing pressure is 25 MPa,the hot pressing time is 3.4min,and the hot pressing temperature is 117.6?,the performance of corn straw particleboard is the best.
