This paper pay attention to existence question of certain factory, equipment of controlling rolling and refrigeration also the craft has made improvement, some works have been studied about pyrogenation system, the parameter of controls rolls and controls cold craft have been studied further, establishmenting a craft which has suited this factory existing production equipment controlling rolling and refrigeration craft of the wire rod, mechanical of controlling rolling and refrigeration were analysized. The conclusion as follows: ,This result proved that: Reasonably controlling of the cleanness and chemical content is the precondition to get HRB400 high quality high speed-wires; The temperature before first rolling should be controlled below 1000~1080℃, If the temperature is too high, The Austenite grains will grown biger and biger. The size of the Austenite grains is biger after rolled than before and the mechanical capability of the production will debase. The response speed of the cut-tee- valve cannot be more than 0.2S in penstock, Otherwise It will easily cause the jamming of the nozzle, and it is difficult to insure the mechanical capability of the steel. The suspending granularity must be smaller than 150μm, So It is necessary to install the filter. It will cause some surface quanlity problems if the oil in the water is more than 3mg/L. The pressure of the cooling water in the equipment of roller ring must be more than 0.5 Mpa, the Jialin equipment can be adjusted to23%±1 % in order to satisfy the capability and specification request of the steel. Moreover the cleaning rod of high speed-wires difference is small (tensile strength difference is lower than 15Mpa). The first part of the air-cooling roll was transformed by chain, moved the heat preservation layer of the bottom and reducesd the diameter of the roll in order to keep ferric oxide away the roll. After adding the nozzle on the cooling water pipe, The roller ring will not crack and it also can reduce the consuming of the roller ring.According to the application of production, It is proved that the transforming process and equipment keep the capability of the steel stably and completely satisfy the request of the clientele. Therefore, this process could take in place of original production process.
