The high speed wire rod controlled cooling technology is the key and difficulty technology for the Iron and steel enterprise at current, its goal has controls the steel products crystal grain the microscopic size, to study the steel the structural change tendency, the reduction to decarbonize and to control the production of oxidizes iron-covered and so on. Deep research on the controlled cooling rolling craft can greatly enhance the quality potential and the overall performance of the wire rod.In this paper, to reach the Danieli water cooling control system's transformation ,in view of the 82B wire rod to conduct the research water control process of establishing the appropriate model of temperature, carries on temperature field simulation to solve the the 82B wire rod non-uniform cooling question. In this paper,the heat transferring of water cooling process carried out a more detailed analysis.The initial conditions and boundary conditions are explained and at the same time focused on heat transfer coefficient problem is discussed.Use of modern finite element method for establishing a mathematical model for numerical analysis with the software engineering ANSYS10.0 for analytical tools to carry out the simulation. In the simulation, using of the secondary development of language (APDL) programming order flow,and making simulation process more convenient.Finally, the simulation data and field measurement data are in good agreement. This study is optimize the controlled cooling process and provides a theoretical basis for the original production process; at the same time,the advices to improve the practical technology is put forward.At the cooling area achieve that through the cooling temperature is automatically set to directly control the wire cooling rate, and get the cooling effect of control in time, so as to achieve that proper matches the coordinated ingredient, the temperature and the cooling rate relations, then the wire rod's intensity and stability will very well monitor and control,ultimately improve the high speed wire rod's quality.
