Study On Human Error For Chemical Industry Enterprise

Under the background that the Comprehensive levels of chemical industry enterprise were increased and the value of safety was realized, the human error for chemical industry enterprise was analyzed in this paper. From many factors, such as Materials, Process of production and the rules of management, the characters of chemical industry enterprise were sure, and then the main accidents types were concluded by these. The reasons of these accidents were analyzed from three parties—material, human and management, and found the mode of human error for chemical industry enterprise.Based on the relationship of human error to human accident, apply the basic theories of human error, the mechanism and the key factors were studied from four parts—human, Equipments, environments and management. According above all, the analysis mode of human error in chemical industry enterprise was found and applied to analyze the typical case. In order to be sure and calculated the importance degree of that four key factors, the Grey System theory and the analysis method of relationship degree were introduced and applied.Some Strategies and methods to prevent and control human error in chemical industry enterprise were also given. We thinks that the main task, main contents, organization and implement, etc all these, should be included in the preceding project for emergency rescue in chemical industry enterprise, so that to help people to calmly deal with the human accidents caused by the human error.
