Design Of Measurement Analysis And Evaluate System For Indoor Tire Noise

People more and more pursue life of good quality and care environment noise pollution along with the development of technology. Automobile's high-speed, increasing possession and traffic density make traffic noise becomes the main source of environment noise. When cars are at speeds above 70km/h, tread pattern noise becomes the dominant source of noise. Therefore, the research on tread pattern noise control not only has far-reaching theoretical importance, but also has abundant practical value.In this paper, based on the method of measuring noise,the theory of tire noise and the demand of indoor measuring noise ,we developed a kind of ball pinger for the measurement and analysis of indoor noise,a noise elimination house and a kind of method of indoor tire noise.Firstly, the thesis introduced the host and guest view evaluation of tire noise and measurement of the voice. Only give correct description and measurement to the noise, can we carry on a quantitive research to the noise.Secondly, based on acoustic measure technical , according to function and technical target of the item, the thesis designed the total project of system and each part. To do an analytical evaluation to the tire noise, the pivotal problem is to have exactitude measure method and instrument. Indoor measure of tire noise usually carry on in a noise elimination laboratory.Thirdly, in this paper, bring up a method of ball pinger to simulate,analyse and playback tyre noise, its structure is simple, the function is strong, cost performance is high, also illustrate a concrete acoustics principle and experiment validation.In addition, this thesis research the occurrence mechanism of tire noise, and put forward a kind of indoor tire noise measure method . With regard to the method of noise measuring, the nation has already mapped out several ten national standards and department standard for different object, usually should carry on measuring of noise according to them, so be advantageous to measure result can compare mutually.But haven't drawn up standard of indoor noise measuring, so far, this text combines the engineering actual circumstance and put forward a kind of indoor tire noise measuring which is applicable to this system .The textual research result contains stronger engineering function, provided powerful tool for low noise tire assess and the measuring of tire noise .
