The wood-bamboo laminated panel is a kind of new structural panel; the laminated panel is made of wood veneer and bamboo veneer. Concentrating on its bending deflection and strength problems under the hygro effects, the thesis presents thorough and deep investigation and analysis.First, by adopting several testing methods and based on former research, the mechanic characteristics of wood veneer and bamboo veneer are acquired, including hygro- coefficient.Second, based on analysis the characteristics of the structure, the mechanics models are established under hygro effects. And then by adopting the"principle of minimal potential energy", the definite formulas of stress,deflection and elasticity modulus are deduced respectively based on the classical plate theory(CPT),first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT).Then grounding on MATLAB LANGUAGE, we think out the mechanics predicting system of wood-bamboo composite panel, it largely convenient to some non-technologists.Based on the theoretical analysis, the finite element method (FEM) is employed to analysis the bending problems of the wood-bamboo composite panel. All of the analyses are based on ANSYS. Then introduce the Mindlin panel and OPT,SHELL of ANSYS.The analysis demonstrations are: In considering of the hygro effects, we find that the elasticity model of wood-bamboo composite reduced, the deflection and stress are rising up apparently. So the results are in harmony with the theory of"hygro is not only produce deflection and stress, but also will changed the material inner strength character", the former deduces are exact.At last, the optimization design based on ANSYS is employed to design the shape of section of wood-bamboo composite panel. The result demonstrations: In order to reduce the mass of wood-bamboo composite laminated, we can change the thickness of wood veneer or bamboo veneer.
