With the rapid development of the technology of VLSI and computer, EDA technology has been widely applied in such areas as communication, national defense, spaceflight, medical science, automation of industry and intelligent instruments, and has sharply reduced the time of product to the market. In others today we meet a good stage of numeric control tool to be much more open and high speed, and which contribute a further development of numeric control technology.This paper is based of the newly development EDA technology, and have a reform at the basic of numeric control system on numeric control machine tool. With all of these, we put on the position controlling board of ourselves, and is not only the former actions conserved and further developed new functions. This paper introduces the most newly development of EDA technology, and make a choice of the types of FPGA chip. Considering the gear control of mathematics model of numeric control tool have a further development of special card .This paper have a high stress on deduce way and circuit designing of circular arc interpolator , and give an introduce of fourth times frequent circuit, give this circuit an illustrating of VHDL, and give simulation of itself.This article adopted VHDL language design the hardware, and the system create circuit automatically, so it break the barriers of software and hardware, make hardware compiling as easy as software. User can rebuild and recompile as they want. It shortened the developing period, made the card smaller than before, and reduced the cost.
