The Application Of Megafix B Reactive Dyes In Garment Dyeing

This paper introduced structure characteristic and the dyeing performance of Megafix B dyes, analysed the feasibility of using Megafix B dyes to carry out pure cotton grament dyeing , put forward a set of rational dyeing technology by large amount of experiments. According to the producing experience, it worked out a set of more perfect middle and large amount production technoiogy through analysis of preparation,dyeing and finishing of pure cotton fabric. The result indicated, in order to enhance the level of garment dyeing,to improve production efficiency,to reduce the production cost and to improve enterprise economic efficiency, we should select the dyes which has stable dyeing property,high repeatability and high fixation but not too sensitive to dyeing conditions (for example Megafix B dyes) to ues in garment dyeing, we can greatly enhance the product quality of garment dyeing, to reduce the dyeing cost,to enhance the market competition.
