Study On Antioxidant Components Of Loagan | | Posted on:2009-05-05 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2121360245967987 | Subject:Sugar works | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The extracting technology of antioxidants in loagan was studied.The results showed that the scavenging rate on the DPPH·and·OH of 2mL extraction solution of loagan by reflux extraction was 52.82%and 42.31%.The scavenging rate on the DPPH·and the·OH of 2mL extraction solution in Shixia under the microwave irradiation was 62.45%and 54.36%.The best technological conditions was the ethanol concentration,the material-liquid ratio,the extraction temperature,the microwave time,the microwave power,the extraction time and the extraction times were 70%,1:9, 60℃,90s,300w,1h and twice respectively.According to the result,the Polyphenols and the Flavone were initially infered to be the mainly anti-oxidation effective component of loagan.And basing on the relation of the content of polyphenol and the oxidation resistance ability,the relativity of the content of polyphenol and the oxidation resistance ability was infered.The oxidation resistance ability of extraction solution of loagan was studied by using four systems(DPPH·,·OH,O2-·and deoxidating activity)and was compared with VC.The result showed that all of the extraction solution of Shixia,Dawuyuan,Linglong and Chuliang had the oxidation resistance ability. But the scavenging rate on the O2-·of the four extraction solutions were negative.The biggest adsorptive capacity of HP-20 macroporous resin was 23.17mg/g wet resin,the rate of desorption respectively was 94.32%.When the pH value of adsorption fluid was 5 and the initial density was 3.192mg/mL,and the speed of adding was 1L/min which,the separate efficacity of the loagan polyphenol was best.The extraction solution of loagan was separated and purified by he HP-20 macroporous resin,the oxidation resistance ability of the samples at 40% ethanol eluted was most strong,the content of polyphenol was highest also.The samples at 40%ethanol separated and purified by the polyamide,the oxidation resistance ability of the samples at 60%ethanol eluted and the samples at 80% ethanol(pH=8)eluted were higher than other samples.The samples at 60%ethanol eluted and the samples at 80%ethanol(pH=8) eluted were identified by the means of pretest tube and the UV spectrum,and the resulte indicated that the samples mainly were the Polyphenols and the Flavone,with the phenol hydroxyl.After high performance liqid chromatogram analysis demonstration,the samples at 60%ethanol eluted possibly included the gallic acid,rutin,ellagic acid.The samples at 80%ethanol(pH=8)eluted possibly included the gallic acid,rutin. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Longan, Oxidation resistance ability, Extraction, Separation and purification, Identification, Total phenolics, Total flavonoids | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
