The conception of Virtual Manufacture Technology has advanced in recently ten years. Along with the developing of computer's software and hardware, Virtual Manufacture, Virtual Environment, Virtual Assembly and the relative technology grow up very quickly. Virtual Assembly Technology is made up of three portions, which are Virtual Assembly Modeling, Virtual Assembly programming and Virtual Assembly evaluation. Virtual Assembly programming is the key ingredient of Virtual Assembly Technology, which bases on the Virtual Assembly Modeling and makes the most of Assembly information to analysis and revolute the route, judge and create a reasonable assembly route. As a result the design is becoming the optimization effect. The finally purpose of developing Virtual Assembly Technology is to realize the autoimmunization, modularization and integration of assembly, Substantially improve the efficiency of assembly to address this constraint in modern advanced manufacturing and assembly processing means extremely uneven contradictions.Beijing DM-CUT Co. Ltd existing CTS400 triaxial CNC EDM machine forming on the basis of machine tools .X, Y and Z-axis movement parts of the relevant variant design, machine tool reach to optimization, function tend to perfection.
