The piping dissolving crafts is one of the advanced technology of the Bayer's method in industrial production of aluminum oxidation. The China Aluminum Company Henan Subsidiary Company imported a set of piping system from West Germany and has carried on technological reofrm according to the characteristic of bauxite in China, and which has obtained remarkable efficiency. But there are still two main problems in the system: The first one is that the piping dissolving system did not formulate the scientific thermal equilibrium for measuring, the other is that the scarring problem in piping dissolving system. The study on the heat engineering process of the piping dissolving and scarring mechanics has important theoretical and realistic significance for the designment of its structural and operating parameter, strengthening dissolving and overcoming shortcoming.This article has all-round discuss on the piping dissolving process, main body device and principal problems in our alumina application. Based on the test, calculation and analysis on the main parameter (specific heat and viscosity) of slurry and melten slat, the thermal equilibrium test, calculation and analysis were done. The thermal equilibrium measurement standard and calculation method were developed to piping dissolving system for the first time. Furthermore, the experiment and study for scarring were made, and the technology detaching scar by adding lime cream ahead was put forward, which success to practice.The industry application show that the measurement result of specific heat and viscosity of slurry and melten slat is right and meet the challenge of the thermal equilibrium test and engineering design. The technology detaching scar by adding lime cream ahead with pre-detaching scar and heavy pressure cleaning can cancel TiO2 harmful effect effectively in time, and make the dissolving carry through preheating as early as possible. At the meantime, the dissolving condition was improved exceedingly and operation cycle was extended effectively, which produced assurance for good qualification.
