Rotor spinning is a new form of spinning and playing more and more important role in the cotton trades. This system can judge and analyze the characteristics of stabilization and credibility of production process by using the method and technology of comprehensive judge of yarn quality, control-chart's analysis, correlative analysis, cross-cut design, relatively all-sided special subject research method (include U-test, T-test, F-test and etc..) and analyzing the characteristics of spectrum chart for the experiment data of the major quality factors of semi-products and finished products provided by every procedure in spinning production with the assistant of the computer (DataBase), so as to gain the judgment of whether the production process is normal. This study topic can help traditional Rotor enterprises get rid of relatively old conception of quality management and management methods and management means and improve the efficiency of quality management in order to reduce production cost and enhance the competitive abilities of enterprises in the domestic and international markets, being of realistic significance in further fueling growth and expansion of new type textile mills represented by Rotor spinning.This system is characterized by the following functions:1. Each production unit is equipped with independent quality analysis modular respectively to facilitate quality managerial personnel to analyze and judge the distinction of production process of semi-products and finished products;2. To detect production level of major quality indexes of semi-products and finished product by using comprehensive judgment of yarn quality;3. To evaluate stability of all Rotor spinning production procedures with the help of control graphs, namely to analyze each procedure (process) to determine when it is needed to adjust production process;4. To establish the correlative relation of the relative quality indexes by using relevant analysis so as to prepare certain reference for enterprise to optimize reasonable process parameters;5. To offer relatively all-sided special subject research method (include U-test, T-test, F-test, cross cut design, correlative analysis and etc..) to provide quality analysis means and approaches for quality analysis of various quality indexes;6. Putting forward a mathematics model of yarn spectrum diagnosis to make diagnosis of malfunction of definite machine style according to the wavelength and theoretical wavelength of the spectrum chart so as to confirm its malfunction root;This research topic is completed on the basis of original data of each produce course regardless of whichever analysis method, both ensuring the integration of original data and greatly improving dependability of data analysis.The software is complete in function, easy in operation, friendly in interface, so it is valuable for use and popularization.
