Pulsing compact spinning system is a new type of grid ring on negative pressure agglomeration system developed by Wuxi Wanbao Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.It has the effect of pulsing agglomeration,which is also called pulsing compact spinning.Because of the unique structure of agglomeration tank,the pressure distribution and agglomeration effect of pulsing compact spinning system are different.The research on the agglomeration system is only at the stage of theoretical analysis,but the law of airflow movement,spinning mechanism,spinning effect and technological parameters in the agglomeration flow field are still lack of research.In this paper,with the help of computational fluid dynamics,the distribution characteristics of the flow field in the agglomeration area of the yarn were studied and verified theoretically and experimentally.The linear energy of spinning was analyzed and the optimization design was used to optimize the spinning process parameters.The system of the agglomeration device was studied,which laid a theoretical foundation for the optimization design of the actual system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The three-dimensional physical model of agglomeration area was established,and the computational fluid dynamics software was used to simulate and characterize the agglomeration region.The negative pressure distribution characteristics and air flow movement rules of the three-dimensional flow field of agglomeration area were obtained.The static pressure distribution and air flow velocity vector diagram of three non coaxial sections of agglomeration area model were selected to compare with the corresponding simulation area of agglomeration area,and the negative pressure distribution and air flow velocity vector diagram of the two areas were analyzed The difference between the distribution and the law of air flow movement;the analysis of the distribution of the flow field in different positions of the agglomeration tank,the comparative study of the agglomeration mechanism and the agglomeration effect with agglomeration spinning,and the experimental verification.Finally,the conclusion is that the negative pressure in the agglomeration area and the agglomeration area of agglomeration spinning are almost the same,but the air flow velocity in the agglomeration flow field of agglomeration spinning is significantly higher than that of agglomeration spinning,so it can be said that the negative pressure utilization ratio of pulsing compact spinning is higher than that of agglomerated spinning,and the negative pressure configuration is more optimized;there is no negative pressure distribution in the middle section of pulsing compact spinning,compared with agglomerated spinning,the ability to agglomerate the whiskers is weakened,but the resistance of pulsing compact spinning to the whiskers in the forward direction is reduced,so compared with agglomerated spinning,pulsing compact spinning is more beneficial to the quality of yarn and feather.In order to study the yarn quality of Pulsing compact spinning,this paper designed several experimental schemes,analyzed the yarn performance of pulsing compact spinning qualitatively from four aspects of yarn count,spinning material,spinning system and negative pressure,and compared it with that of Compact spinning.At last,it comes to the conclusion: compared with that of Compact spinning,the hairiness quality of Pulsing compact spinning yarn is improved,the evenness and strength elongation performance are slightly decreased,but the difference is not significant;Compared with low count cotton yarn,it is more suitable for spinning high count chemical fiber yarn such as viscose.In order to find out the optimal parameter combination of pulsing compact spinning,the spindle speed,twist coefficient and negative pressure were selected as the design factors,and the effective equation of each parameter was established by the secondary general rotation combination design.The connection between each parameter and the yarn quality index is drawn by MATLAB software.Finally,the random search method was used to find out.At last,the conclusion is that the twist coefficient and negative pressure have great influence on the breaking strength of yarn,the spindle speed and twist coefficient have great influence on the thinness of yarn,and the negative pressure has the greatest influence on the hairiness of yarn;Under the condition of this experiment,the optimal parameters of the spinning are: spindle speed 10082 r / min,twist coefficient 469,negative pressure 1682 pa.
