| As the whole global environment is deteriorating day by day, people pay more and more attention to environment problem. Meanwhile, putting forward of the strategy of sustainable development makes green manufacture technology getting more and more attention. Applcation of air-cooling cutting technology of vortex tube has been already the most hot research of green manufacture technology. Therefore, the thesis combines Heilongjiang province distinguished young science foundation of green manufacture technology cleaning cutting key basic technology research, and puts forward inner cooling turning tool design programme. It applys the contrast test for air-cooling and dry cutting of vortex tube and analyzes the effect of air-cooling. Moreover it simulates the process of cutting by analysis software.In this thesis, the refrigeration principle of vortex tube and the process of energy separation is analyzed firstly, and based on this, the design points of vortex tube for cutting is proposed. According to the calculated structure parameters and the real product requires, the tool of built-in vortex tube is designed, and this makes a foundation for advanced research of the technology of air cooling cutting with vortex.Then, the system of air-cooling with vortex tube is made up in this thesis, and the experiment research of dry cutting and air-cooling cutting is done by using PCBN tool to bearing steel GCr15. The results indicate that: compared with dry cutting, air-cooling cutting has the influence on the aspects of cutting force, cutting temperature, chip formation. Because of metal softening effect, the cutting force is bigger in air-cooling cutting than in dry cutting, cooling air accelerates the conduction among the workpiece, chip and tool. This makes the temperature of cutting zone become lower and reduce the tool wear, and the machined surface quality is improved. The workpiece is locally cold short by air- cooling cutting, this is beneficial to shear fracture of chip, reduce cutting load and enlarge the chip deformation.Finally, make a simulation research on cutting force, cutting temperature and tool stress of dry cutting by three-dimensional finite element software DEFORM—3D, obtain the influence of cutting speed and feed to it. Meanwhile, comparative simulation of air-cooling cutting and dry cutting is done. The simulation result coincide with test result. The simulation result has certain reference value to application of air-cooling cutting technology. |
