Mining equipments is the backbone of mine production,its safe running is important component of the mine production,safe and efficient running of the key mining equipment especially is very important component of the mine safe production.Presently,although much delightful achievements have been acquired on the monitor of mine equipments,these monitor and diagnosis systems or devices are designed either for specific production condition of a certain mine.or for a certain specific mine equipment,or for local network condition in the production scene.The hardware of these systems or devices has the disadvantages of low-level intelligent diagnosis,simplified monitor-object,low-level technique. inconvenience for integration-monitor and failure in common use. Restricted by network conditions,it can not realize integration monitor and control for all key equipments in an entire mining area.Aimed at the practical problem of the key mining equipments safe-monitoring,this paper suggests developing a remote monitor and control system based on common platform to ensure key mining equipments run in security,including system overall program design,slave microcomputer designed for signal acquisition and data analysis design,the technique designed for remote-monitor,and host computer monitoring-software desgn for centralized monitoring and controlling.The overall system design involves putting forward the idea for system integration and figuring out the structure of the whole system and its frame chart;the design on slave microcomputer for signal acquisition and data analysis means working out a central control module,a signal acquisition module,a data communication module and analysis software; remote-monitor technique design mainly works to develop a remote data transmission technology based on PSTN;host computer monitoring-software design for centralized monitoring and controlling mainly introduces the database and implementation process of host computer. The system can realize the signal acquisition and analysis of the running-state of 16 routes key equipments by the slave microcomputer located in the mine.Slave microcomputer at each monitoring station can be connected to the host computer by the remote data transmission technology based on CAN and PSTN to realize the integration monitor and control of the safe running of key equipments in the entire mining area.With a compact structure and a reasonable layout,the whole system has the advantages of precise signal acquisition,quick signal processing,and powerful real-time monitor and control function;with a powerful database management,its software has the advantages of a friendly human-machine interface,easy implementation and so on.
