The sea areas of Jiaozhou Bay once were the spawning,feeding and fattening ground of economy fish,the shrimp and the shellfish in the history,the natural fishery resources are rich.According to the 1980s' investigating result,the total number of fish in the sea areas was close to 110.Moreover,outside the Jiaozhou Bay the sea area is also the country second-level aquatic wild protect animals amphioxus' habitat, whose fishery status is very important and sensitive.However,the fishery resources type and quantity of Jiaozhou Bay presented the weaken tendency,the fishery resources structure have also changed to a certain extent,since the 1990s due to the influence of over fishing,the marine pollution and other factors,The study provided scientific basis for sustainable development of fishery environment of the sea areas by analyzing and assessing ecological environment quality status of important fishery waters of Jiaozhou BayThis article has carried on the appraisal to ecological environment quality status of important fishery waters of Jiaozhou Bay from the characteristic and the appraisal of the sea water quality,the surface sediments quality and the phytoplankton ecological.1 Water environment quality assessmentThis article has analyzed the space and time change characteristic of this bay sea water physics and chemistry factors based on the investigation material from 2006 to 2007.Taking DIN,PO4-P,COD as the eutrophication evaluating indicator,the study had the appraisal to the water environment's present status of nutrition,and the result indicated that the eutrophication index mean value is more than 1,and the sea area has be in the eutrophication.Taking DIN,PO4-P,COD,DO as the evaluating indicator, the study had the appraisal on the water environment organic pollution condition,and the result indicated that in August,2007 it was at the serious polluting condition,but the other were at the starting pollution condition.The organic pollution condition of 2007 was more seriously than 2006.The study had carried on the assessment for this bay's water quality condition by the water quality quality synthetic evaluation index,and the result indicated that the bay is at the light pollution condition.In 2007 the Jiaozhou Bay water quality condition pollutes was more bad than 2006.2 Environment qulity and potential ecological risk assessment of surface sedimentBased on the monitoring result of the environment of deposition in2006 and 2007,and had be using the single factor assessment method,the study had analyzed and assessed the bay's deposit,which can provide scientific basis for the Jiaozhou Bay marine environment management.Being used the deposit heavy metal latent ecological hazard coefficient and the harm index method which the scholar Hanknson from Sweden proposed,the study had an assessment on this sea area heavy metal pollution and the latent ecological hazard.The result indicated that this sea area heavy metal pollution and the latent ecological hazard were light,and the Cd pollution and the latent ecological hazard were heavy.The order of the ecological hazard degree is: Cd<Pb<Cu<As<Hg<Zn.3.Ecological characteristics of phytoplankton in Jiaozhou BayBased on four surveys from 2006 to 2007 in Jiaozhou,this paper reports the study on the ecological characteristics of species composition,biomass,community structure ofphytoplankton.The result showed that there were 26 genus 56 species phytoplankton in Jiaozhou Bay.Among them 23 genus 50 species were Bacillarioohyta,accounted for 89.3%,and 3genus 6 species were Pyrophyta, accounted for 10.9%.According to the phytoplankton density evaluation criteria proposed by Jia Xiaoping,the phytoplankton biomass was less than 200×103cell/m3 at all investigating station in June,phytoplankton was in the low level.In August,2006,the biomass of phytoplankton was more than 1000×103cell/m3 in the 1~10th sampling location,in the richest level.The phytoplankton biomass was 750~1000×103cell/m3 in center of Jiaozhou Bay,in the rich level.In the eastern area of the bay phytoplankton biomass was 500~750×103cell/m3,which is the rich level.In August,2007, phytoplankton biomass was>1000×103cell/m3 at 2~10th investigating stations, which was the richest level.At the mouth of bayand eastern area of bay the phytoplankton was 750~1000×103cell/m3,in which was the rich level.At the western mouth of the bay phytoplankton biomass was 500~750×103cell/m3,which was the rich level.But phytoplankton biomass was less than 100×103cell/m3 in somewhere of the mouth of the bay,which was the low level.The change of the phytoplanktonic community parameter may reflect the sea areas environmental,and may also become one of the bases of environment quality assessment.The survey result indicated that in August the phytoplankton biomass was the most,and in June it was fewest.The minimum value of the phytoplankton diversity index average value appeared in June,2007,and the maximum appeared in August,2007.The minimum value of the abundance index average value appeared in June,2007,and the maximum appeared in August,2007.But the simplicity index minimum value appeared in August,2007,and the maximum appeared in June,2007; The evenness index average value's minimum value and the maximum appeared in August,2007.The diversity value evaluation criteria which proposed by Chen Qingchao,besides 5,6 position,the diversity index scopes was between 0.6~1.5,the phytoplankton multiplicity was in June ordinary,besides the 1st station,the diversity index scopes between 1.6~2.5,the phytoplankton multiplicity was well in August.
