The river network areas are developed in the aspect of society, economy and culture, and in which water pollution problem is also outstandingly. Not only it causes to become the water quality to lack water district, but also restricts the development of this local economy and society. Therefore, the people pay more attention to the research on water resources in river network areas day by day, simultaneously adopt corresponding the water quality value simulation method for the water environment quality forecast, thus provides the scientific basis in its water environment reasonable project and managements. This paper firstly analyzes the Chengdu rivers water quality parameter through some dates, then fouded one -dimension stabilize river network quality model that based on a single river water quality model ,the balancing of mass and water yield. At last it applied to the Chengdu river network area, and analysis main river environmental capacity. The main contents studied in this paper are as follows:(1)A line source water quality model was established through source of pollution distributed characteristic in Chengdu, and substituted for the point source. It is advantageous for establishment the overall river network water model system.(2)Basing on the mature single river water quality model,a river network incidence matrix was builded that combined the balance equation of pollutant and flow at the river network node. Deducing the river network water quality model carried on the Chengdu river network system and programed appropriate composition.(3)Using the past hydrology and water quality monitor material, the river network model parameter was defined..(4)Finally the water environmental capacity of Chengdu Fu River, Nan River and Sha River were calculated and analyzed through the predicted value of the river network.
