Geological conditions and operating environment of coal mining are relatively poor. Flood, fire, gas, dust, roof and other natural disasters are unique hazards. Mine accidents have seriously hampered coal production, to bring huge social life and property losses. Conducted scientifically and systematically, Safety evaluation system is not only to eliminate harmful risk factors and reduce the occurrence of the accident, but also to comprehensively improve the security of enterprise management level. At the same time, it can strengthen the level of insecurity and enhance the productive capacity of a security guarantee. For the coal industry, it is particularly important to carry out safety assessment correctly.This paper takes up all kinds of influence factors on mine safety, and conceives evaluation index system on mine safety. This system considered every influencing factor on mine safety.On the base of former valuation method this paper tries to evaluate every factor in index system. Fuzzy Synthesis Safety Evaluation is used in this paper. The merits and faults of evaluation methods are analyzed and 37 factors in 8 species are used to evaluate the safety of mine. First it used method of expert survey to build the membership grade of index, and then confirmed the weight by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).At last conclusion was drawn by using multiple targets Fuzzy Synthesis Safety Evaluation. This method is good at changing qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis and making logical judgment by scientific mathematics calculate.The program about Fuzzy Synthesis Safety Evaluation calculation is made on the base of mathematics mode used VB.NET and SQLSERVER. This method is used in actual evaluation in good effect.
