Abstract/Summary:
Mining is different from other industries. It is greatly constrained by geology and buried condition, and there are many factors that can affect the safety. Most of the Mines are underground mining. The underground workplaces are narrow, gray, aquosity and levity. There are many links of productions, and the process is complex. Great deals of the natural and man-made factors which bring on disaster exist, so it is ubiquity that the large scale equipments and high risks of operations in the great mass of the production process. Therefore, various harms in the mine are more serious and frequent than other industries. Safety problems are always the great subjects which puzzle the development of the mining.By reading a lot of documents and analysing the current safety theory evaluation, based on accident-causing theory, the author discussed the safety factors and the types of the accident in the underground metallurgy mine. In this paper, the author studied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, established the index system of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety situation in the underground metallurgy mine, constructed the evaluation model, applied in the concrete mine, and validated the applicability of the model.The main achievements in the paper are as follows:1. The author analyzed the effective factors in the underground metallurgy mine. The characters of the safety accident of the underground mine are causality, randomness, latency, preventability and so on; The factors that influence the safety of the mine are man, machine, environment, management factor and social factor.2. The author analyzed the types of the ccident in the underground metallurgy mine. The main accidents are engineering geological hazard, falling from tall altitude, blasting safety accident, occupational injury, flood, fire, mechanical wounding and vehicle injuries etc.3. The author analyzed the division and evaluation of the safety unit and the evaluation factors in the mine. The division can establish the starting point, while the analysis of the evaluation factors can establish concrete contents of the evaluation.4. In this paper, the author established the index system of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety situation in the underground metallurgy mine. According to the principle of the division and evaluation of the safety unit and the analysis of the evaluation factors, the auyhor established evaluation system which mainly contains the safety management, the storage of the blasting material, mining, general layout, power supply, waterproofing and drainage,transportation and lifting, ventilation and dust prevention, fire extinguishment and fire fighting and so on.5. The author established the AHP to define the weight of evaluation index system. The AHP is a method which is the combination of qualitaty and quantitaty, and it is suit for complex systems like the mine.6. In this paper, the author constructed the evaluation model of the index system of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety situation in the underground metallurgy mine. Quantitative studies can be used in the safety situation of the mine, and the model has strong practicability.
