| With the increasing number of stone mines in China, the number of accidents caused by open-pit stone mining is also increasing. There are many potential hazards that may lead to casualties and property losses in the production process of open-pit stone mines. If the hazardous and harmful factors in mines are identified in time, the degree of hazardous and harmful factors is analyzed, and the targeted control measures are proposed, the occurrence of accidents can be prevented. In this paper, first of all, through the field investigation of the Cai Yuyao granite mine, the possible hazard sources in the mine production process are identified systematically from the four aspects of people, objects, environment and pipes, and the accident tree theory is used to analyze the accidents that are likely to cause heavy casualties in the production process of the granite mine, such as stope landslide, drainage landslide, blasting, etc.,and find out the possible causes of the accident and the risk degree of the influencing factors. The safety evaluation index system of Cai Yuyao granite mine is established,25 indexes are set from four aspects:human, material, environment and pipe, the weight value of corresponding indexes is determined by analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive safety evaluation of mine is carried out based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and expert grading method, and the safety status grade of Cai Yuyao granite mine is determined. The analysis and evaluation of dangerous and harmful factors in Cai Yuyao open-pit granite mine will point out the direction of safety management in the later stage of Cai Yuyao mine and make mine safety work more targeted. At the same time, the accident tree analysis and fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation are also applied in the pre-evaluation of mining in open-pit stone mines. |
