The textile and dyeing industry is one of the most important industry, which can affect the economy and people's living of the country, and, the textile and dyeing machine is significant in this industry.While in China, the market competence of the textile and dyeing machine has been seriously hampered for further improvement because of the great technical gap between China and the developed countries, and the monopoly of the leading technique.High performance of synchronous control is the key technology for Rotary screen Printing machine. In this paper, "a Synchronous Control System of Printing Machine Based on the Embedded Control System" is designed and developed, under the background of the item, Rotary Sereen Priniing Machine with independent trnasmission.It includes the method design, hardware and software design and realization of control arithmetic, etc.Embedded computer technology in the nearly ten years fast development, has already substituted for the general-purpose computer in many domains. Embedded computer, to have special-purpose, has many merits such as real-time, the software and hardware system may cut out and so on. It has already applied in domain such as military electron, astronautics aviation, medical instrument, industry control, home use expense electron widespread application. Using embedded control system, synchronous control is realized.Comparing with industry computer control system, it has many virtues such as high capability, fast response, low cost and so on.Through the analysis on the synchronous control in the system, A point is brought forward, that is, theprecision of printing is determined by the position synch among the rotary screen, and speed synch between the printing belt and rotary screens. the printing process is determined by the speed synch among the unit of receiving fabric, the unit of screen, the unit of drying and the unit of presenting fabric.To realize that, A Synchronous Controller, which is based on the "SOC(System On Chip)"m icrocontroller, and a Main-control Card, which is based on DSP microcontroller are designed. The design of synchronous control system and software are detailed.Hardware design show us that DSP has a strong function and agile handle.When the control software is designed, the modularized Program desing method and software interference Pervention methods designing are adopted.At last, the scheme of optimizing the RSPM system is introduced.Aiming at the printing error, detailed analysis is carried.Besides, the realization of the remote control of the system is prospected.
