| The textile and dyeing industry is one of the most important industry, which can affect the economy and people's living of the country, and, the textile and dyeing machine is significant in this industry. While in China, the market competence of the textile and dyeing machine has been seriously hampered for further improvement because of the great technical gap between China and the developed countries, and the monopoly of the leading technique."Rotary Screen Printing Machine with Individual Drives (RSPMID)", in which High performance of synchronous control is the key technology, is one of the "Ninth Five-year Plan" of the former Textile Primary Bureau. Using embedded control system, accurate data collection and synchronous control is realized. Comparing with industry computer control system, it has many virtues such as high stability, fast speed, low cost and so on.This paper is based on the PSRMID system. Through the analysis on the synchronous control in the system, A point is brought forward, that is, the printing process is determined by the speed synch among the unit of receiving fabric, the unit of screen, the unit of drying and the unit of presenting fabric, and the precision of printing is determined by the position synch among the rotary screen, and speed synch between the printing belt and rotary screens. To realize that, A Main-control Card, which is based on DSP microcontroller, and a Synchronous Controller, which is based on the "SOC(system on chip)" microcontroller, are designed.On the base of the present development of the Ethernet network, and through the detailed analysis on the Ethernet network's principles, the blue print of realizing the Ethernet network on the PSRMID system is put forward. According to the IEEE 802.3 Standards, a "Ethernet Network Control Card" is designed. Through the analysis on the communication among the modules of the RSPMID, the requirement and feasibility of the applying the Ethernet network in the RSPMID is proved. A realization scheme is also brought forward, in which utilizing the "Ethernet Network Control Card", equipping the Main-control Card, PLC, MMI, and Synchronous Controller with Ethernet communicating ability, the Ethernet control in RSPMID system is realized.At last, the scheme of optimizing the RSPMID system is introduced. Aiming at the printing error, detailed analysis is carried. The reason for that and the resolving method are also given. Besides, the realization of the remote monitoring of the system is prospected. |
