The pipelines as the liquid power transmission, driving and controlling of the basic components were widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, civil engineering, nuclear energy and aerospace fields. Pipeline vibration and noise control technology research have a broad background. This paper is in allusion to the serious problem of a chemical pipeline system vibration, noise pollution. Based on structural dynamics finite element method, the use of ANSYS finite element analysis software was taken and the choice of the pipeline unit simplified model., a pipeline vibration of finite element analysis model was established. A model of the chemical pipeline modal analysis was completed. The pipeline system of the mode shape was gained. By the modal analysis of the pipeâ… , various steps frequency is obtained. Obviously, the 24th step frequency and the excitation frequency is close and easy to have resonating. By the modal analysis of the pipeâ…¡, various steps frequency is obtained. Obviously, the 53th, 54 th, 55 th, 56 th steps frequency and the excitation frequency are close and easy to have resonating. Through the adjustment bearing position and the supporting rigidity, the antivibration project design is carried on. By calculates and the contrastive analysis repeatedly, two antivibrations plan of each pipe are obtained. All of the four antivibrations reduce the noise and provide the basis for the piping system. Considering the impact of fluctuating pressure on the pipeline, the pipeline transient analysis was done and stress and displacement by the changes of time was found. Through the adjustment bearing position and the supporting rigidity, the antivibration project design is carried on. Based on this calculation results, pipe arrangement most greatly equivalent stress reduced 24.6%,most total diaplacement reduced 89.5%. Actual obtained the very good application in the project, pipeline's vibration has fallen the lowest level.
