Big water-flooding thickness and level, big differences between different area are the obvious points in PuⅠ1-3 production interval of Xing 4 area. Because the paradox between intervals and plane, and under the situation of faulty well network and injection-production system, PuⅠ1-3 production interval has much remaining oil. For the PuⅠ1-3 oil interval's speciality, after getting the detail geology documents, the 3-dimensional geology model is constructed by Petrel and applying the method of phase and rock controlling. Then the FloGrid is used to pretreat the model aimd to generate the model which Eclipse needs, and the research is done on remaining oil distributing and generating reason on the detail history matching.Estimate producing conditon of every kind of production intervals because that in xingsi area inject polymer of 35 million molecular weight, concentration of 1200mg/L,and 1 year later,this condition can't come to injection allocation needs.Analyse four reasons as follows:fault screened,sand body piching,low permeability,high injection velocity. Look for the influence of different injection time,injection velocity,producing times to the final recovery ratio and every interval degree of reserve recovery . Analyse chiefly the influence of molecular weight,adjusting time,injection concentration to every different producing interval producing condition with different molecular weight,different injectiton concentration and injection pressure,analyse the influence of adjusting time,injection concentration to the producing condition of four kinds of wells(fault screened,connectivity,reservoir development,too low permeability), compare different develop programs,and decide the best reasonable polymer driving parameter is :after the quatity polymer of 35 million molecular weight injection reaches 250~350mg/L·PV,convert inject the polymer of 25 million molecular weight totally 1350 mg/L.This develop program can come to the injection needs and get the best develop effect.
