This thesis analyzes and researches into the flow field of the solid-liquid hydrocyclones in the method of CFD, with the help of the analysis software for the Fluent hydromechanics, focuses on the detail analysis on the speed field, pressure field and density field of the hydrocyclones with different undercurrent diameters and a curve awl instead of the straight line awl, and on the comparative analysis on the density field of solid particles in the hydrocyclones with different diameters and inside lengths of the overflow tube. The reasonable size of the undercurrent diameter, the overflow tube inside length and the overflow tube diameter is decided as a result of the analog analysis.On the basis of the theoretical research, the spot experiment is carried out in which solid-liquid hydrocyclones are used for densification technology of the oil-field dirty mire . The experiments showed that this kind of hydrocyclone can obtain a better result under some bad conditions such as smaller particle size and lower density difference. When flow rate Qi was 3.48m3/h, split ratio F was 10%, the highest dehydration rate could be up to 92%.In the thesis, the way to work out more excellent design and find more reasonable material is pointed out after the primary research on the mechanism of the inefficiency of the machine as a result of wearing out. The researching method on dependability of the accessories and the whole machine is discussed, including the collecting and sorting of data, the distribution model of Statistics of accessories duration, the joint logic relationship of each parts and etc. When the right data of dependability of the equipment and accessories is collected through the operation of the spot equipment, the analysis on qualification and the valuation on quantity of the equipment can come true. On this basis, we can improve our management, advance the way of operation, and arrange the check period correctly, to extent the service time of the equipment, and increase the economic performance.The research in the essay will help the the application of the hydrocyclones in some way, and widen the usage fields of the solid-liquid hydrocyclones. This will improve the efficiency of solid-liquid hydrocyclones, help the usage of this technology in oil fields, and increase the economic efficiency of exploitation in the oil fields.
