Compound hydrocyclone is a new type of hydrocyclones that proposed by Daqing Petroleum Institute in 2004, it keeps the strongpoint of both static and dynamic hydrocylone, which is more efficient, takes few area, has simple structure, easily handled, be able to continuously work, etc. It works closely in technic, which is good for environment the same as static hydrocylone. The compound hydrocyclone is a new equipment for oilfield wastewater treatment.In the thesis, consulted to other kind of compound hydrocyclone, optimized normal mode, constructed a new type of compound hydrocyclone, tested it's best working conditions, and compared with static hydrocylone in the same working conditions, with the same structure parameters confirmed advantage of compound hydrocyclone on working performance. Analyzed corrosion of compound hydrocyclone material, investigate safety and reliability of compound hydrocyclone, prepared for using compound hydrocyclone in oilfield. Optimized the circumrotate part of compound hydrocyclone, and simulated the inside flow field, utilizing Laser Doppler Anemometer to measure the inside flow field, compared the two inside flow fields, analyse the sameness and difference, establish elements for simulated the inside flow field of compound hydrocyclone.
