Lamadian oil field has entered higher water-cut stage. With the expansion of polymer flooding industrialization and artificial water driver following polymer flooding, electric pump gradually exposes that the single design of well completion structure, fixed structure of pipe column technology, inefficient discharge output of polymer flooding and high work energy expenditure of assembly, all of these seriously restrict the development of electric pump technology. In order to solve these problems, research is applied that the technology of optimizing parameter of electric submersible pump, the technology of self-compensating control cabinet , technology of permanent magnetism in-phase of electrical machinery, the technology of frequency conversion and speed adjustment and the technology of high capacity channel polymer extraction electric pump. Providing technology guarantee for realization of electric pump used in whole energy saving and energy expenditure reducing, we develop software of optimizing parameter of electric submersible pump, strengthen electric pump management technology and measure, consummate well completion structure disposition, improve electric pump work condition, heighten electric pump discharge output efficiency and system efficiency. Technology of energy saving and energy expenditure reducing of electric pump in higher water-cut stage not only applies to now electric pump production need, but also applies to electric pump production need in further exploitation. It also gives a correct direct to reduce electric pump work energy expenditure and realize electric pump the whole energy saving need.
