Lamadian oil field has entered the super high water-cut development period. Some problems have been exposed gradually in electric submersible pump oil recovery technique with the scale of the polymer flooding development industrialization and the polymer flooding diverting to waterflood development. These problems are that the unit structural desigh is single, the pipe string structure is fixed, the pump efficiency of the polymer flooding oil wells is lower and the unit energy consumption is higher, and so on. The development of oil recovery technique in electric submersible pump is restricted seriously. In order to solve these problems, several advanced techniques have been researched and applied in electric submersible pump, such as parameters optimization design technique, autocompensation control technique, permanent magnetic synchronous motor technique, variable-frequence governor technique and draw-off polymer electric submersible pump technique with high-capacity channel, and so on. We also open up the parameters optimization design software of electric submersible pump, and strengthen the management technique and adder of electric submersible pump oil wells. So the unit structural arrangement has been perfected, and the electric submersible pump operating status has been improved. The pump efficiency and system efficiency has enhanced. This gives guarantee on technique to realize energy-saving of electric submersible pump oil wells as a whole.The energy-saving technique of electric submersible pump oil wells in the super high water-cut development period can be applied not only in the present production of electric submersible pump, but also in the continuous exploitation period of the oil field. It also can accurately direct oil fields on account of decreasing the electric submersible pump energy consumption and realizing energy-saving of electric submersible pump oil wells as a whole.
