On compact spinning apparatus study, the main purpose is on the change of the spinning craft to meet the request of the high grade fabric and weave. It has already become the focus study both at home and abroad. And it is regarded as a new spinning technology of 21century.The equipment of the compact spinning is the reconstructed domestic EJM128K-SM ring spinning frame. The experiment is conducted with the problem of negative pressure and airflow. Through the analysis for compacted principle and flow field,researching the compacted effect,researching the distribution of airflow surrounding the equipment of suction tube. And obtain the distributing rule of the airflow field, the effect rule of the surrounding suction tube by the negative pressure. By practical spinning, verified the yarn performance effect of compacting airflow. The research wok of this thesis will produce positive influences on the industrial application of compact spinning technology to the reform of domestic conventional ring spinning frame.The primary research coverage show that:1. The stress and motions of fiber band in compact field are discussed. The characteristic of the suction tube rabbet in airflow field are discussed. By test the velocity of flow and pressure of compact field, the distribution rule is found.2. By perforation on the right half of suction tube, the negative pressure and velocity of flow are tested in depth. The test point is 1,4,8,13,19,25mm. The research are discussed, obtain the airflow distribution rule inside suction tube. The theoretical base has provided to design and improve the suction tube.3. By practical spinning,and test the performance of yarn, analyzed the key factors affecting the quality of compact-spun yarn, such as lattice apron, negative pressure and so on. Compare the compact-spun yarn quality of six spindles on the same suction tube. The conclusion, a little effect of yarn performance with six rabbets, is further verified.4. This part deal with the problems of big fan blower, sound insulation in compact spinning and air transit pipeline system, etc.
