The Improvement And Application Of The Control System Of JW-821 Hydraulic Loom

In recent years chinese textile industry has developed rapidly,Textile machinery industry has developed rapidly too.Textile machinery family at home and abroad has introduced new machines. However,to most of chinese textile enterprises,existing large-scale upgrading of machines is too difficulty.Therefore,more and more companies put more energy and money into the upgrading of existing machinery.This dissertation studies and analyses the practical problems which Yongjia Fabric Manufacturing Mill in Wujiang city encountered while using the JW-821 hydraulic loom and probes into GD50 Dobby devices and the mechanical system of JW-821 hydraulic loom and the system of SC-1800L electric cabinet.Based on the service conditions of JW-821 hydraulic looms at the mill's front line and taking into account the practical application of the loom,the thesis proposes some ways to improve the techonolgy of the SC-1800L electric cabinet with an attempt to better apply it to production.It saves a large amount of money for the company.This dissertation is the key topic plant technology.By the process of completion in this dissertation,I went down to the factory production line repeatedly.I probes into GD50 Dobby devices and the mechanical system of JW-821 hydraulic loom and the system of SC-1800L electric cabinet with skilled workers.Finally solving the technical problems.This dissertation introduces the present development of the domestic textile industry,its difficulties and the strategies adopted.Meanwhile the thesis analyses the present development of the textile machinery both at home and abroad,and the development trend of automatics in textile machinery.In the mechanical system of the JW-821 hydraulic loom,introducing the modules in detail,And made part of the programme and the implementation of improved methods.JW-821 hydraulic loom used SC-1800L electric cabinet,This dissertation studies the technology of SC-1800L electric cabinet and carries out a systematic research into the operation of the electric cabinet and the principles concerned.Based on the service conditions and requirements at the front line,This dissertation makes proposals concerning the technology improvement of SC-1800L electric cabinet and the mechanic system of the JW-821 hydraulic loom.Due to time and other reasons,This dissertation failure of the system to better improvement.At last of the dissertation ponders over the prospects of the further technological improvements.
