| Zhengchaihuyin is created by Zhang Jingyue in the Ming Dynasty, which was recorded in th book of JINGYUQUANSHU. It is compsed of 6 medicinal herbs: Radix Bupleuri, Radix Paeonlae Rubra, Radix Saposhnikaviae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Radix Glycytthizae,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens. It has the function of dispelling wind-evil, clearing away heat and alleviating pain. It can be used to cure such symptom as fever, aversion to cold, headache and bodily pain, throat swelling and pain.It is commonly used againest cold by TCM experts. With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhengchaihuyin granule was studied on the following works with modern pharmaceutical technology.Based on the quality control method of Zhengchaihuyin granule, further studies on preparation processs of Zhengchaihuyin granule are on the procedure with new technology and modern method. Because of the new technology such as technology of dynamic moving warm extract of medicinal herb, technology of frozen concentrated, of spray drying and technology of dry granulating ,the preparation processs is improved. Compare of the traitional method, the new technology is proved reasonable and feasible, furthermore, it can develop the contents of active compent.It is currently lack of studies on quality control of Zhengchaihuyin granule. So it is the demand to formulate scientific and reasonable, feasible method on quality control.On the basis of the bioactiveity of Zhengchaihuyin granule and the known components of its composed herbs, prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-o-β-D-glucosyl-5-O- methyl-visarmminol from Saposhnikaviae were identified by TLC. Fathermore, HPLC methods were developed to determine Paeoniflorin prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-o-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methyl-visarmminol in Zhengchaihuyin granule. |
