Then we concluded some methods to forcast the sand production and improve the sand control methods and matching technology.By research, we know silty sand is fit to use the way of graduated gravel packing. In the same time, the application of Physical Plugging Removal Technology and Prevention Swell Technical can improve the oil production and extend the period of validity of sand control.During the thermal recovery of heavy-oil, the injection of steam under high pressure and high temperature and the production with high rate, the chemical-mechanical sanding control method before the injection of steam and matching technology were selected. Using such methods can greatly reduce the cost and improve the effect of steam soak.Due to the formation shortfall, collapse outside the casing and the change of the diameter, we use the method of the formation treatment outside the casing and the mechanical sand control within the casing. By the means of plastic sand screen, QJFS compound sand control screen can improve the production of damaged casing wells and prolong the life of the wells.
