In majority of our country’s oilfields belongs to sandstone reservoirs,which the common feature is severe sand. For Gudao oilfield,in the long process of oil extraction,the formation strength belows the formation stress, rocks that nearby wellbore will be deformed and prone to be damaged, causing the sand, and even leading to the collapse of oilstratum. Causing the sand,which is an usual problem during the long process of oil extraction. Moreover, it affects the normal production,directly. Recently,the problems that out of sands in the Mid-Low temperature wells have already been solved. However,for the sand-prevention in the high-temperature thermal recovery steam stimulation wells,there will be existence of unadequate performance of materials,so the problems would not be effectively solved. Then,High-temperature resistance sand-control resin agents need to be developed,rapidly,so that it could settled the difficult problem in the oilfields.The problems above are analysed and are researched in this paper. Two kinds of sand-prevention chemicals and their processes are prepared and are optimized separately. The articles describes the factors which influence solidification properties of coated sand at high temperature. On the base of selection to main agents, including silica sand, curing agent,epoxy resin, and coupled agent, and to auxiliary agent(toughening agents) in coated sand hardening system, the optimum prescriptions and their technologies to a various of purposese are determined,and testing the performance of consolidation sand cores. Furthermore, the essay discusses coated sand curing mechanism, thermal resistance enhancement and coating effects of surface of coated sand particles. Concerning high-temperature resistence coated sandstones, it indicates that cost of sand-prevention drugs is unexpensive,production of coated sand is simplified and consolidated sandstone works well. In addition to high-temperature resistence coated sandstones,laboratory experiment and site-field test suggest: the coated sand with cheap chemicals, handy technology and superior sand-prevention performance is capable of sand-control in GuDao oilfield. |
