Liudian coal mine located at the east of Guoyang syncline of Anhui Huaibei, which is macroscopically north a tendency north the west monoclinal structure, there are some larger faultages in the mining area, such as Balicao normal fault, Dagaojia normal fault, Madianji normal fault, Subei normal fault, which separated the mining area into three large bulks. Taiyuan coal mine group buried in the limestone aquifer under10 coal ranging from 50 to 60m within the scope of Ordovician limestone, moreover having 14 layers Tai limestone above the Ordovician limestone, and the total thickness amounts to 40m. The filling cranny develop well in 1~4 shallow calcareous rock, partial have corrosion phenomenon. The calcareous rock water-bearing stratum causes the 10 main coal seam close to the Tai limestone coals under the faultage moving out of place, and the high-pressure Tai limestone water will cause flooding inrush threat when exploiting 10 coal seam.This article first on the basis of consulting domestic and foreign related literatures, which concerning the prevention and treatment of water, limestone water storage conditions and the present research situation, as well as the research technique of ground water, then analyzed calcareous rock hydrology geological condition systematically. Through the fuzzy and comprehensive judgment method, draw the conclusion of Tai limestone water with very weak runoff conditions. Using the water bursting coefficient theory, the theory of board model as well as FLAC numerical simulation technology to forecast whether the soleplate will flooding, in addition, through numerical simulation technology, the dredging characters of mine faultage, as well as the flooding inrush risk of faultage under mining have also been carried on the discussion. Under the analysis of water bursting intensity and risk of mine, we found that even the phenomenon of soleplate flooding happen, the welling up water volume only 63.92m~3/h, the flooding intensity is small, flooding quantity is medium or close to the small water bursting. This situation doesn't have serious influence on coal mine safe production, and have weak pressure generated by mine drainage system. Finally, this paper has used two kinds of source discrimination theory, that is gray and fuzzy discrimination method, to validate the discrimination method of flooding water source, as a result, this two methods have high precision. It can use these two methods to distinguish synthetically on water source in Liudian coal mining, when flooding water occur in the coal bed mining, thus adopt prevention measure correspondingly for the mine against bursting water, so as to provide scientific basis to the coal mining.
