Research Of Municipal Solid Waste Transfer System Model In Small Cities And Towns And The Environmental Benefits

Recently, there has been an obvious development in economic and social progress of small cities and towns in china while with the growth of their construction , which under the background of the national coordinating development of urban and rural areas, and the building of new rural area of socialism. But there also have been lots of serious ecological and environmental problems, particularly in municipal solid waste (MSW)disposal system. It should be more perfect and reasonable. Otherwise it would disturb the normal function of small cities'ecosystem and brought disadvantageous effect to the urbanization of small towns.Living in MSW disposal system, transfer system is not only an important link of connecting the waste producers and disposal facilities, but also a peculiar logistics system, whose mode design and plan play a vital role in improving the efficiency of urban ecological ecosystem internal flow and centralized controlling of waste pollution. Because of the vulnerability and sensitivity of ecosystem itself of small towns, it becomes an underestimated focus to design transfer system mode of small towns and optimize the allocation of resources to improve the ecological cycle logistics efficiency, ease the ecological pressure on the environment while in MSW disposal system of small towns.First of all, this thesis introduced some ecological environment problems and related theoretical basis in the development process of small cities and towns, and then stated that small cities'construction especially the building of MSW disposal system would be an ecological and economic systems building, and it should follow the principles of sustainable development to achieve social, economic and ecological benefits as an organic unity.Secondly, the thesis treated the study of Construction Standard of MSW Transfer System as a basis and the national standard of Town Environmental Protection Planning Norms as a platform, formed the successful experiences of small and medium MSW transfer system of characteristics small cities and towns in the region of Yangzi River, made an research and analysis in designing of small cities and towns MSW transfer system model and also optimizing. Finally, we selected a characteristics small cities and towns in Kunshan City as a target, made a systematic analysis and verification for the results of research to explore the proper model of MSW management of small cities and towns and especially the best model of MSW transfer system.
