Nitrogen fertilizer enterprises in Anhui Province provide 2,000,000 tons of urea, ammonium bicarbonate 2,400,000 tons and 2,480,000 tons of compound fertilizer for the agricultural development each year, supporting agricultural production, and have made outstanding contributions for the agriculture and food production of Anhui Province. However, it deplete 2,600,000 tons of coal and 40 billion kwh of electricity, emissions of 5,000 tons of COD, 3000 tons NH3-N at the same time. As a major pollution and energy consumption of nitrogenous fertilizer industry, and a far cry from the demands of cleaner production. Do a good job in energy reduction and achieving clean production and nitrogen for each enterprise is important for the survival and development.Papers selected Lu'an Jian Lai Chemical Co., Ltd. for the production of the main subjects in order to reduce waste and emissions to reduce energy consumption for the study of the main line, the whole of the sewage plant and be able to use the current state of research. Pollution has been made for 30 programs in low-cost and high cost of the eight programs; for energy conservation made of synthetic ammonia and urea transformation of the energy system optimization program. The main take on the technology, equipment technology and solution to reduce or eliminate coal gasification process to improve emissions and waste coal, electricity and other energy use efficiency. The main programs include: Adding coal automaticity, Manufacture of coal gas used oxygen-rich gas, Reform blown heat recovery unit, Depth hydrolytic the liquid from urea desorption and recycle hydrogen from the gas that purged of synthesis, and so on. After the implementation of the project, enterprises can reduce the quantity of sewage discharged 1,450,000 cubic meters, of which NH3-N to reduce the 80 tons per year; Energy of standard coal equivalent to 51,263 tons per year. After the implementation of cleaner production the enterprise will not only receive a very good economic benefits ,but also receive more of social and environmental benefits; At the same time for the industry how to do a good job in clean production and energy conservation to achieve emission reduction, has played a very good model.
